We help identify your needs, and create a plan to achieve them. This may be speed or timeliness, maximizing value, or simply finding the right buyer.
Through understanding your needs, we will put together a process timeline, help with improvement budgets (if needed), create a marketing plan, and prep for the market.
Once our plan is created, we will swiftly implement our strategy via photography, videography, online presence, as well as in person showings.
Throughout the process we will be in constant communication in regard to plan milestones, offers received, counter-offers, appraisals, and inspections.
After you have accepted an offer, and the escrow process has begun, we will be there all the way to the end when it comes time to celebrate your closing!
